What We Offer
Individual Therapy
Therapy offers a space to slow down, become more curious about yourself, and explore the patterns, relationships, and experiences that shape your life. At Maitri, we take an integrative, individualized approach to therapy, drawing from a range of evidence-based and experiential modalities to meet you where you are.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, burnout, or simply feel ready for something to change, therapy can help you better understand yourself, move through what is keeping you stuck, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others.
Our goal is not simply to alleviate symptoms, but to help you cultivate greater self-understanding, connection, resilience, and freedom to live in a way that feels more authentic to who you are.Trauma Therapy
Trauma can shape the way we experience ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us—even long after an experience has passed. Healing doesn't require you to relive or retell every detail. It can involve gently helping the nervous system, mind, and body process experiences that have remained unresolved.
Our therapists use trauma-informed approaches tailored to each person's needs, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems), and other experiential and evidence-based modalities.
Our goal is not simply to help you cope with the past, but to help you feel more present, connected, and free in your life today.Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) combines the therapeutic process with the carefully supported use of ketamine to create an opportunity for deeper exploration, perspective, and change. For some people, ketamine can temporarily soften the patterns and defenses that make it difficult to access new perspectives, allowing therapeutic work to unfold in a different way.
At Maitri, KAP is a collaborative, preparation- and integration-focused process. We work with you before, during, and after your ketamine experiences to help you make meaning of what emerges and translate insights into your everyday life.
KAP may be offered individually or in couples sessions, providing an opportunity for partners to engage in meaningful therapeutic work together. All KAP services are provided within a carefully considered, trauma-informed framework and in collaboration with qualified medical providers when medication is involved.
